Joseph and I spent early Saturday morning at school for a 5k to raise money for breast cancer research.
The good people of our little community showed up to run and/or walk.

Joe hung back to run with slow little me.
This was my first cross-country run, and I found it much more challenging than running on bike paths, sidewalks, and pavement.
Plus, it was a chilly day to be out in the woods. But the trail was beautiful and I'm glad we ran.
